The days leading up to Elijah's birthday were so fun cuz Elijah would tell me " why-jah (elijah) party, find it!" and then I would have to tell him it will be here on saturday. so everyday he would then ask me "saturday?" and I would have to tell him not yet. lol. Anytime you asked him about his party he would say "thomas, party!" and then list a few of the trains names that he wanted to join the party. I love how he is getting such a personality and truly being able to express to us what is going on inside that little head of his lol.
Anywho, his party was at 10am at the park right by our house. The weather was great, a bit windy... but can't complain cause the wind is what made it nice out.
I think his party turned out well :) Here are my fav pics from his party..

We spent the rest of saturday just hanging out as a family and playing with Elijah and all his new toys.
Sunday, May 23rd, was Elijah's actual birthday. We went to church then spent the rest of the day at my parents house letting Elijah play with his cousins and just visiting with family. I'd say his over all birthday weekend turned out great and it was very nice to have so much family time :)
