we took a trip to the zoo not too long ago and had a great time!
Elijah got to ride his new bike all around and he is really starting to get the hang of it.
The weather was great and it was over all a great family day :)

and you will never guess what Elijah's FAVORITE part of the trip was. It was the MOST AMAZING thing and he wanted to stay there longer then anywhere else.

drum roll please..........yep, it was the construction site ... or mainly the "dirt monsters" aka
the diggers, and bull dozers. we rented a movie called Dirt Monsters and it is all about the vehicles needed on a construction site... HE LOVES IT! So, yes, this was his favorite part of the zoo. -- in fact two days after we went to the zoo I asked him what his favorite part was and he told me seeing the digger and dozer. lol, silly boy!

Looks like you guys had a great time at the zoo....maybe next time you should just pull over and watch construction on the side of the road though :P
