Mud, Fishing & Fire...

All the things a boy dreams about :) Here are a few pictures from the last several weeks....

We had the Vickery family over and decided to let them have a muddy good time.

Funny thing is that you would think that the boys would be all over the mud since they are 2 year old boys....but the winner for the muddiest kid goes to Emma !!

Then, of course, they all needed baths. So off to the tub we went. Elijah HATES, HATES, HATES water to touch his face. But what do you expect with 3 toddlers in the tub? lol. The picture below is right after Elijah got some water in his face....

Well, that concludes the mud. Lets move on to fishing.

Elijah is all about fishing! Steven got him a McQueen Pole and they
have been practicing casting in the pool and he has a blast. So one Sunday afternoon we decided to have a picnic dinner at the park and go fishing. WOW! Elijah had sooo much fun. and he was doing an awesome job at casting and reeling too!

I hate to inform you that no fish were caught with his plastic tire :P But he had a great time anyways. lol

We were supposed to go camping a few weekends ago, but due to bad weather we had to cancel.
So we decided to let the boys have a camp fire and have s'mores.

Silas and Elijah eagerly waiting for the fire to start.....

guess his marshmallow wasn't very far in the s'more lol. Silly kid didn't even wanna eat the rest of it. He just wanted more marshmallows. - more chocolate for me :)
